1. Project Background
Customer Requirements: A well-known manufacturer of home furnishing panels needs to build a smart Three-dimensional warehouse to meet the following requirements:
Storage Requirements: Over 2,000 SKUs (including solid wood flooring, engineered wood panels, and custom furniture panels), supporting mixed storage of panels (thickness 10-50mm, length 2m-6m) and rolls (diameter 50-300mm);
Efficiency Goals: Average daily order processing of 8,000 orders, with a peak throughput of 20,000 items per day;
Compliance Requirements: Moisture-proof and pest-resistant (humidity ≤50%, mold-resistant coating), fire-resistant (flame-retardant materials), and environmentally friendly (formaldehyde emission ≤0.05 mg/m³), compliant with ISO 9001 and CARB certification standards;
Cost optimization: Reduce reliance on manual labor and lower goods damage rate to below 0.2%.
2. Technical Highlights
Diversified sheet material adaptation design:
The stacker forklift uses telescopic claws (travel ±50mm) to adapt to sheet materials of different thicknesses (10-50mm);
shelf layers are fitted with anti-slip rubber pads and elastic limiters to prevent sheet material from sliding.
Precise Environmental Control:
The temperature-controlled zone is equipped with an inert gas fire suppression system (heptane), with a response time of ≤30 seconds;
Anti-static shelves (surface resistance ≤ 1×10⁶Ω) prevent static electricity from attracting dust to the panels.
Efficient Sorting Strategy:
The WMS consolidates order batches by product category (e.g., whole-house customization package orders) to reduce the number of stacker crane movements;
AGVs operate in a multi-machine collaboration mode, improving cross-zone transportation efficiency by 50%.
