1. Project Background
Customer Requirements: A well-known printing and packaging company needs to build an unmanned intelligent warehouse to meet the following requirements:
Storage Requirements: Over 5,000 SKUs (including color boxes, labels, packaging film, and manuals), supporting mixed storage of rolls (diameter 50-300 mm) and flat sheets (size 100×200 mm-2000×3000 mm);
Efficiency Goals: Average daily order processing of 20,000 orders, with a peak throughput of 50,000 items per day;
Compliance Requirements: Moisture and contamination prevention (humidity ≤50%, cleanliness ISO Class 8), error-proofing (batch error rate ≤0.01%), compliant with ISO 9001 and GMP standards;
Cost Optimization: Reduce reliance on manual labor and lower product damage rate to below 0.2%.
2. Technical Highlights
Printed Material Protection Design:
AGV forklifts are equipped with silicone buffer pads on their forks, capable of bearing loads up to 3 tons, with vibration sensors monitoring the transportation process in real time;
Shelf panels are coated with a scratch-resistant coating (surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.8 μm) to prevent scratches on color boxes.
Precise Environmental Control:
The temperature-controlled zone is equipped with an inert gas fire suppression system (heptane), with a response time of ≤30 seconds;
Anti-static shelves (surface resistance ≤ 1×10⁶Ω) prevent dust adhesion to plastic film.
Efficient Sorting Strategy:
WMS consolidates order batches by product category (e.g., gift box sets + accessory combinations) to reduce AGV idle rates;
Sorting machines use visual recognition + barcode verification, with a sorting error rate ≤ 0.01%.
