Cantilever Racking
Cantilever racking is a special storage device with a “cantilever beam” as its core structure. It directly supports goods through cantilever arms extending from both sides or one side of the upright columns, making it particularly suitable for storing long, irregularly shaped, or large-sized goods (such as timber, steel, pipes, profiles, sheets, bars, etc.).
Its “beamless, cantilever-extending” design breaks free from the traditional storage constraints of conventional shelving systems, making it the “flexible storage expert” for industrial warehouses, logistics centers, and raw material/finished goods storage facilities in manufacturing industries.
Cantilever Racking
The unique design of cantilever racks makes them indispensable for storing long, narrow goods. Their core advantages are as follows:
High adaptability: Customizable cantilever length, column height (typically 3–12 meters), and cantilever spacing (0.8–2 meters), compatible with various irregular goods such as wood (diameter 0.1–1 meter), steel (length 3–15 meters), and pipes (diameter 0.05–2 meters).
Convenient access: No crossbeams obstruct access, allowing goods to be directly stored or retrieved from the cantilever ends. Compatible with forklifts, cranes, or manual handling (for light goods), it offers high operational efficiency (especially suitable for “first-in, first-out” requirements).
Space-efficient: Compared to traditional pallet racks (which require lateral space for pallets), cantilever racks utilize “extended cantilevers” to compress vertical space, increasing storage capacity by 30%–50% within the same area.
Cost-effective: Simple structure (no complex beam system), reduced steel usage, low installation and maintenance costs, suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises or temporary storage needs.
