Live Pallet Racking
Gravity Racking is an intelligent storage system that utilizes the weight of goods to achieve “automatic relocation.” By using inclined rollers or tracks, pallets or containers move slowly along the direction of gravity, ultimately achieving an efficient “first-in, first-out (FIFO)” operational mode.
It combines the storage functionality of traditional shelving with the material handling advantages of automated equipment, making it widely applicable in scenarios with stringent requirements for cargo turnover sequence, storage density, and operational efficiency, such as cold chain logistics, pharmaceutical distribution, food processing, chemical raw materials, and e-commerce warehousing. It is often referred to as the “self-moving shelving system.”
Live Pallet Racking
Smart Sensing and Dispatching: Integrating IoT technology, sensors monitor the location of goods, track load, and damping status in real time, and the WMS system dynamically adjusts storage strategies (such as prioritizing urgent goods for delivery to the export end).
Unmanned Operation: Combined with AGVs (automated guided vehicles) and AMRs (autonomous mobile robots), the entire process from “automatic delivery of goods, automatic transfer, and automatic delivery” is unmanned.
Green Energy-Saving Design: Utilizing low-friction track materials (e.g., ceramic coatings) and regenerative damping technology (recovering sliding energy) to reduce energy consumption;
Modular Customization: Developing standardized track components and column modules to support quick assembly/disassembly and size adjustments, accommodating flexible warehouse requirements (e.g., sudden spikes in temporary orders or changes in cargo types).
