Shuttle Racking
Shuttle Racking is an automated storage system that deeply integrates “shelving + shuttle carts + control systems.” It uses shuttle carts (also known as “bin shuttle carts” or “pallet shuttle carts”) on tracks to replace manual labor or forklifts, enabling automatic storage and retrieval of goods in the deep sections of shelving.
It overcomes the limitations of traditional shelving systems that rely on manual or forklift operations, pushing storage density, operational efficiency, and intelligence to new heights. It serves as the “core intelligent storage equipment” for industries such as e-commerce, third-party logistics, cold chain, and pharmaceuticals, and is often referred to as the “intelligent shelving system that can ‘move’.”
Shuttle Racking
E-commerce and retail: E-commerce warehouses (especially for “hot-selling” products), express delivery distribution centers (for picking and sorting), and supermarket distribution centers (for high-frequency product storage);Third-party logistics (3PL): Comprehensive warehouses (for mixed storage of multiple product categories) and return centers (for quick processing of returned products);
Cold Chain and Fresh Produce: Freezer warehouses (-25°C), refrigerated warehouses (2–8°C), storing frozen foods, pharmaceuticals, and fresh produce (requiring refrigerated shuttle carts);
Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices: Pharmaceutical warehouses (requiring “first-in, first-out” and temperature/humidity monitoring), medical device warehouses (high-value consumables, precision instruments);
Automotive and Manufacturing: Automotive Parts Warehouse (small parts, standard components), Electronic Components Warehouse (resistors, capacitors, and other precision components).
